Jessup home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Jessup rose by $72,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $288,000 - a 33.6% increase over the $215,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Jessup in the fourth quarter of 2017.
