Maryland City home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Maryland City rose by $16,500 while total sales decreased by 12.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $312,500 - a 5.6% increase over the $296,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Maryland City in the fourth quarter of 2017.
