Severn home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Severn rose by $13,000 while total sales decreased by 0.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 147 homes sold, with a median sale price of $328,000 - a 4.1% increase over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 148 homes sold in Severn in the fourth quarter of 2017.
