Lake Shore home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Lake Shore rose by $46,025 while total sales decreased by 22.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 62 homes sold, with a median sale price of $348,125 - a 15.2% increase over the $302,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 80 homes sold in Lake Shore in the fourth quarter of 2017.
