Annapolis home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Annapolis fell by $11,200 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 120 homes sold, with a median sale price of $348,750 - a 3.1% decrease over the $359,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 144 homes sold in Annapolis in the fourth quarter of 2017.
