Mayo home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Mayo fell by $53,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 35 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $367,000 - a 12.6% decrease over the $420,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Mayo in the fourth quarter of 2017, as well.
