Woods Landing home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Woods Landing fell by $28,000 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $374,500 - a 7% decrease over the $402,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Woods Landing in the fourth quarter of 2017.
