Rose Haven home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Rose Haven rose by $387,451 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $687,450 - a 129.2% increase over the $299,999 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Rose Haven in the fourth quarter of 2017.
