Shady Side home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Shady Side fell by $16,183 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $281,567 - a 5.4% decrease over the $297,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Shady Side in the third quarter of 2017.
