Lake Shore home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Lake Shore fell by $22,501 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 104 homes sold, with a median sale price of $297,500 - a 7% decrease over the $320,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 91 homes sold in Lake Shore in the third quarter of 2017.
