Maryland City home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Maryland City rose by $27,750 while total sales decreased by 20.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 9.5% increase over the $292,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 72 homes sold in Maryland City in the third quarter of 2017.
