Arnold home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Arnold rose by $3,500 while total sales decreased by 12.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 109 homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,500 - a 1% increase over the $342,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 125 homes sold in Arnold in the third quarter of 2017.
