Annapolis home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Annapolis rose by $13,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 150 homes sold, with a median sale price of $373,500 - a 3.8% increase over the $360,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 200 homes sold in Annapolis in the third quarter of 2017.
