Briarwood home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Briarwood rose by $34,950 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $514,950 - a 7.3% increase over the $480,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Briarwood in the third quarter of 2017.
