Amberly home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Amberly rose by $255,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $975,000 - a 35.4% increase over the $720,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Amberly in the third quarter of 2017, as well.
