Crownsville home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Crownsville fell by $273,750 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $725,000 - a 27.4% decrease over the $998,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Crownsville in the third quarter of 2017.
