Shady Side home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Shady Side rose by $13,270 while total sales decreased by 28.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $276,950 - a 5% increase over the $263,680 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Shady Side in the second quarter of 2017.
