Paradise Beach home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Paradise Beach fell by $131,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $291,500 - a 31% decrease over the $422,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Paradise Beach in the second quarter of 2017, as well.
