Lake Shore home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Lake Shore rose by $36,000 while total sales decreased by 13.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 99 homes sold, with a median sale price of $298,000 - a 13.7% increase over the $262,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 115 homes sold in Lake Shore in the second quarter of 2017.
