Annapolis home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Annapolis rose by $3,500 while total sales decreased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 182 homes sold, with a median sale price of $343,500 - a 1% increase over the $340,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 210 homes sold in Annapolis in the second quarter of 2017.
