Mayo home prices fall in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Mayo fell by $45,900 while total sales decreased by 35.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $415,000 - a 10% decrease over the $460,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Mayo in the second quarter of 2017.
