Shady Side home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Shady Side rose by $2,000 while total sales increased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $266,900 - a 0.8% increase over the $264,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Shady Side in the fourth quarter of 2016.
