Arnold home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Arnold rose by $4,500 while total sales increased by 15.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 95 homes sold, with a median sale price of $355,000 - a 1.3% increase over the $350,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 82 homes sold in Arnold in the fourth quarter of 2016.
