Edgewater home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Edgewater rose by $2,000 while total sales decreased by 19.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $317,000 - a 0.6% increase over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 78 homes sold in Edgewater in the fourth quarter of 2016.
