Cape St. Claire home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Cape St. Claire rose by $25,100 while total sales decreased by 20.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 7.2% increase over the $349,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Cape St. Claire in the fourth quarter of 2016.
