Arden on the Severn home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Arden on the Severn rose by $101,955 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $380,000 - a 36.7% increase over the $278,045 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Arden on the Severn in the fourth quarter of 2016.
