Mayo home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Mayo fell by $42,500 while total sales decreased by 16%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $370,000 - a 10.3% decrease over the $412,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Mayo in the third quarter of 2016.
