Annapolis Neck home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Annapolis Neck rose by $45,000 while total sales increased by 12.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 71 homes sold, with a median sale price of $510,000 - a 9.7% increase over the $465,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Annapolis Neck in the third quarter of 2016.
