Severn home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Severn rose by $12,500 while total sales decreased by 14.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 172 homes sold, with a median sale price of $312,500 - a 4.2% increase over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 202 homes sold in Severn in the second quarter of 2016.
