Paradise Beach home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Paradise Beach rose by $72,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $422,500 - a 20.7% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Paradise Beach in the second quarter of 2016.
