Annapolis home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Annapolis rose by $4,500 while total sales increased by 7.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 137 homes sold, with a median sale price of $309,000 - a 1.5% increase over the $304,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 127 homes sold in Annapolis in the first quarter of 2016.
