Jessup home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Jessup rose by $99,400 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $327,900 - a 43.5% increase over the $228,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Jessup in the first quarter of 2016.
