Lake Shore home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Lake Shore rose by $2,750 while total sales decreased by 2.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 166 homes sold, with a median sale price of $312,750 - a 0.9% increase over the $310,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 171 homes sold in Lake Shore in the second half of 2017.
