Annapolis home prices unchanged in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Annapolis was unchanged while total sales decreased by 21.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 270 homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000. There were 344 homes sold in Annapolis in the second half of 2017, and the median sales price for the period was also $360,000.
