Mayo home prices unchanged in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Mayo was unchanged while total sales increased by 5.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 81 homes sold, with a median sale price of $405,000. There were 77 homes sold in Mayo in the second half of 2017, and the median sales price for the period was also $405,000.
