Cape St. Claire home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Cape St. Claire rose by $25,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 83 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 83 homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,000 - a 6.9% increase over the $360,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 83 homes sold in Cape St. Claire in the second half of 2017, as well.
