Riva home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Riva fell by $18,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $407,500 - a 4.3% decrease over the $426,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Riva in the second half of 2017.
