Annapolis Neck home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Annapolis Neck rose by $43,950 while total sales increased by 0.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 130 homes sold, with a median sale price of $488,950 - a 9.9% increase over the $445,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 129 homes sold in Annapolis Neck in the second half of 2017.
