Amberly home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Amberly fell by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $715,000 - a 0.7% decrease over the $720,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Amberly in the second half of 2017.
