Maryland City home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Maryland City rose by $25,100 while total sales decreased by 20.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 91 homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,000 - a 9% increase over the $279,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 115 homes sold in Maryland City in the first half of 2017.
