Severn home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Severn rose by $14,950 while total sales decreased by 14.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 254 homes sold, with a median sale price of $324,950 - a 4.8% increase over the $310,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 296 homes sold in Severn in the first half of 2017.
