Mayo home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Mayo fell by $34,500 while total sales decreased by 17.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 62 homes sold, with a median sale price of $405,500 - a 7.8% decrease over the $440,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 75 homes sold in Mayo in the first half of 2017.
