Little John home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Little John fell by $257,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,192,500 - a 17.8% decrease over the $1,450,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Little John in the first half of 2017.
