Ferndale home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Ferndale rose by $23,756 while total sales increased by 4.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 125 homes sold, with a median sale price of $214,000 - a 12.5% increase over the $190,245 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 120 homes sold in Ferndale in the second half of 2016.
