Friendship home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Friendship fell by $45,000 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $330,000 - a 12% decrease over the $375,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Friendship in the second half of 2016.
