Annapolis home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Annapolis rose by $20,000 while total sales increased by 3.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 344 homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000 - a 5.9% increase over the $340,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 331 homes sold in Annapolis in the second half of 2016.
