Mayo home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Mayo rose by $5,100 while total sales decreased by 2.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 77 homes sold, with a median sale price of $405,000 - a 1.3% increase over the $399,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 79 homes sold in Mayo in the second half of 2016.
