Annapolis Neck home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Annapolis Neck rose by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 2.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 129 homes sold, with a median sale price of $445,000 - a 2.3% increase over the $435,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 132 homes sold in Annapolis Neck in the second half of 2016.
