Rose Haven home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Rose Haven fell by $21,800 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $293,200 - a 6.9% decrease over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Rose Haven in the first half of 2016.
