Paradise Beach home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Paradise Beach fell by $35,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 14% decrease over the $250,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were five homes sold in Paradise Beach in 2017.
